Social Emotional Learning training helps teachers to intentionally structure lessons that target the intrapersonal skills such as emotional self-awareness, self-regard, assertiveness, self-actualization or independence. It further offers teachers awareness and practical activities on social skills such as empathy, social responsibility, adaptability, problem solving, reality resting and flexibility. When teachers embed social emotional learning inside the academic work and teaching strategies, they help develop lifelong learners, who are initiative takers, optimistic and happy individuals, ready for life and leading the future! These individuals will create community service opportunities, co-create, collaborate and become the ideal global citizen.
